Apartment Location

The rental apartment is located on Floor 5, 42 rue Jean Baptiste Pigalle, Montmartre, Paris 75009. The street runs from rue Blanche and Place d’Estienne up the hill to Place Pigalle, Montmartre. The nearest cross street is the junction of rue Chaptal and rue Notre Dame de Lorette. The closest Metro stations are St Georges, Pigalle and Trinite on Line 12. Access -

Arrival and Departure Times

Arrival time is normally after 2.00 pm and departure time is normally before 10.00am. on the agreed days. Please carefully check your arrival time in Paris against your booking as many long haul international flights arrive in Paris very early in the morning.

Minimum Stay

The minimum rental period is 3 consecutive nights.

Maximum Stay

The maximum rental period is 3 calendar months.

What’s Included

The apartment is provided fully furnished and equipped with linen and towels. The rental includes maintenance, once weekly cleaning and change of linen and the cost of electricity and heating. The telephone is available for incoming calls and local outgoing calls only. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged in advance at a fee.

Pets and Smoking Policy

The apartment has a “no pets” and a “no smoking” policy.

Party Size

The number of persons using the accommodation must not exceed the maximum number stated in the rental agreement. The names and home addresses of all guests must be provided with the booking form.

Security Bond.

The Client will protect the property, its furniture and fittings, from damage. A Security Deposit of 200 Euro is payable on arrival. This will be refunded after satisfactory inspection. The security deposit will be used in the case of damage to the apartment, the furniture in the apartment or the loss of a key. If all is in order on check-out, the deposit will be returned in full, otherwise, we deduct accordingly for any loss or damage.

Liability

The tenant and members of their party cannot under any circumstance, hold the owner responsible for any and all personal injuries, damage to apartment during rental, or theft arising out of or connected in any way to your rental of our property.

Travel Insurance

Travellers are strongly advised to take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy before departure to cover themselves in the event of loss of deposit and flight bookings, damage to property or theft.

Jurisdiction

All eventual disagreements, or disputes, regarding the execution of your Paris rental will be administered by French law and will fall within the competence of the Paris courts. The Owners or their representative reserve the right to refuse admittance or terminate the booking without compensation if these terms and conditions are not observed.
