Booking

To reserve the apartment, we need a written request indicating dates of arrival and departure plus the intended number of guests. The initial booking option is intended to conditionally reserve the property for up to five (5) business days; allowing you time to convey the required funds to our Paris bank account. No bookings can be confirmed without prior receipt by us of the signed Reservation Form, the agreed deposit or the entire rental amount in the case of a booking made less than 12 weeks before departure.

Rental Price

Rental prices are quoted in EURO only. Prices are for the property per night or per week depending on the booking.

Weekly rate… €800/week.
Nightly rate … €145/night. Minimum stay 3 nights.
Possible discount for stays over 2 weeks.

Deposit and payment

To secure your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total rental to be paid to us within 5 working days of the initial booking plus a signed Reservation Form. The balance is due in full six weeks before your departure overseas so we arrange for you to receive keys and instructions, including building security code and directions for getting from the airport to the apartment. Please check the details of the booking confirmation to make sure they are correct.

Cancellation

Unfortunately, last minute cancellations mean lost revenues. Any cancellation must be in writing. The deposit is fully refundable three months before the date of confirmation of your booking, and half is refundable up to 30 days before your arrival date at the apartment. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date, no refund is made. Every effort will be made to rebook the apartment and if a new booking is found for the same rental period, a refund of the booking deposit will be made. We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation costs as part of your overall travel insurance.

Payment details

Any payments including deposit monies and the balance of the rental will be paid by wire transfer/direct debit into our nominated Paris bank account, details provided by email on initial reservation. On clearance of the deposited funds, the booking will be promptly confirmed in writing to the Client by email or fax message. Credit card Payments can be arranged using PayPal.

Apartment keys, change over etc

Please advise your travel inward and outward arrangements along with airport, rail station, air carrier and flight numbers at least 6 weeks before departure. Please advise any late minute changes. Our manager, Gail Boisclair, will meet you at the apartment and again on your departure to walk through the apartment. Gail speaks French and is happy to help you with any questions, local information, or bookings you may wish to make.

A second set of keys is available inside the apartment. Please leave both sets inside the apartment on your departure.
